How to contribute to our vision

Reporting to the Validation Outsourcing Manager inside the Corporate Technology Organization the mission is:

•To manage the definition, execution and follow-up of the Test Plan for the Wind-Turbine and its subsystems, on the basis of the validation and certification Product requirements, ensuring: an efficient execution in cost, quality and timely manner of the test related activities.

•To ensure that the validity of all design criteria and hypothesis has been demonstrated by means of previous product experience or tests.

•Connects all involved parties in the entire VMM organization with a targeted focus to fulfil the test strategy entitled by platform management.

•Obtain effective and solid validation performance towards and for the platforms in the other business units.

•Communication for this role is out most important and you will have to be comfortable to present towards high level management as well as a wider audience.

•Single Point of Contact for any validation related topic.

 

What you need to make a difference

Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for…

•Definition of the product Test Plan (methods, prototypes, facilities, inter-relations, planning). This definition is done based on the validation requirements, hardware and facilities availability, technical and operational risk mitigation requirements and project milestones. Planning of tests so to comply with project objectives and milestones.

•Budget analyze, setting, monitoring, adjusting and aligning according to project progress.

•Risk management in regard to validation of product. Management of events taking place during the test preparation and execution. Identification of test objective deviations, definition of corrections/mitigation plans supported by CTO VMM team.

•To control and report the status of the supply of all prototypes, test instrumentation, test tooling and auxiliary equipment. To control that the reception of this material is done according to pre-established requirements. Plan, control and maintenance of the development configuration.

•Validation performance reporting towards mgnt. of CT and relevant stakeholders of Onshore and Offshore.

•Gather key lessons learned from areas of validation and communicate to mgnt. with a particular interest of mitigation of findings.
